  • When will I receive my order?

    Watches, bracelets, anklets, belts, straps, bow ties and clutches
    Our goal is to ensure receipt of your order as quickly as possible. Once the order has been successfully registered, the warehouse processes your order the next business day. It is then selected, packaged and shipped. You should receive your order within 3-5 working days. Shipments are not made on weekends and on local holidays.

    Customizable/configurable Shirts and dresses
    Once received the order we will need at most 5 working days for the realization of your customized garment. At the end of these 5 days it will take between 2 and 5 working days for the shipment of the order.

    Please note that estimated delivery times (2-5 working days) are estimates and may vary due to external factors, such as extreme weather conditions, technical breakdowns, delays in customs activities, etc. Furthermore, we remind you that during the promotional campaigns, delivery times could be longer than expected.

  • They delivered a wrong product/wrong size. What should I do?

    If the package received does not contain what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will do everything possible to correct our mistake as soon as possible.

  • I have not yet received my package: what should I do?

    If you have received an identification number by e-mail, we invite you to contact the shipping company directly, and will provide you with more precise information on the delivery status. If you have not received an identification number, please contact us and we will check immediately.

Order and delivery

  • How can I cancel my order?

    In case you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@therevenge.com within 5 hours from order confirmation. After 5 hours we will not be able to proceed with the requested cancellation.

  • Can I change my delivery address?

    If you wish to change the delivery address, contact us and we will do our best to help you. If we are not able to process the address change directly in our system, it is usually because the package has already been shipped and we will therefore need to contact our courier to make any changes to the delivery address. To enable us to help you further, we would be grateful if you could send us the following details to the email address info@therevenge.com:

    • Name and surname,
    • Company name (if necessary),
    • Street and house number,
    • Postal code and municipality,
    • Country
    • Phone number and email address.

    Please keep in mind that this process will extend the delivery times.

  • Where are your products shipped from?

    Orders are shipped all from our warehouse in Italy, where we work with care to the products you have purchased.

  • How can I trace my order?

    To trace your package, simply use the identification number provided by email from our shipping agent.

  • Is shipping free?

    Shipping is free for an amount greater than or equal to € 250. The user may be charged customs duties and / or taxes, which will be applied when the goods reach the destination country. Please note that The Revenge is not able to provide information regarding the payment of taxes to the local authorities of your country or any other amount that will be charged to you.

  • My order is a gift, can you remove the invoice from the package?

    No invoice is included in the package upon delivery. If you wish to receive an invoice for your order, contact us and we will be happy to help you.

  • The watch comes with a strap?

    A watch selected from our product page will consist of the dial and the respective strap. Additional straps can be purchased, if desired, by selecting them from the "Watch Straps" page.

  • How do I place an order?

    To place an order, select the item (s) you wish to purchase and add it to your cart. Then, enter your personal data on the payment page and make payment for the order

  • Was my order successful?

    We expect different stages of verification when customers place an order, in order to provide our customers with the highest level of security. If your order was successful, you should receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address you indicated on the payment page. If not, please contact us for assistance.

  • Why did not I receive an order confirmation via e-mail?

    If an order has been registered, verified and has been successfully completed, you should receive an automatic order confirmation via e-mail. If you have not received an order confirmation by e-mail, we recommend that you contact us by e-mail at info@therevenge.com so that we can evaluate the reason. It is possible that your order was not successful.
    Another possibility is that the e-mail address you provided was incorrect.

Return and replacement

  • What is your return and / or replacement policy?

    In case you were not satisfied with your purchase and you would like to receive a different product and / or a refund, please contact us at info@therevenge.com. It will be possible to change or request the return of the product only in the event that the buyer returns the item or items for which he wishes to exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The product must be unused - in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and in the same condition in which it was at the time of receipt.     Customizable/configurable shirts and dresses
    These products being highly customized, can not be replaced and reimbursed as specified by the Art. 59 of the Consumption Code.

    Follow the steps below to return your order:
    To return your order download and fill out the form at the following link, which will be attached to the package to be delivered. Then contact the forwarder to make an appointment for the collection of the package that will have to maintain the following requirements:

    • Complete packaging
    • Transport document provided by the shipper in evidence

    The products can be returned and collected only if unused, in their original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact and in the same conditions in which they were at the time of receipt. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the package at our warehouse through the same method used for payment.

  • Terms

    Please note that you must send us your order containing only watches and accessories within 14 days of receipt. After this deadline, THE REVENGE will not accept any returns. The item must be in the same condition in which it was received. Please note that we do not offer any product replacement service. If you wish to receive another product, please send us your order and make a new one according to your needs. Any offer or campaign offered during the original purchase cannot be maintained at the time the new order is placed, the reference prices will be those in force at the time of the new order. Please contact us at info@therevenge.com for more information. This is not applicable for items or items out of production purchased in a sale that we may not be able to replace. Please note that THE REVENGE is not responsible for any items lost during shipping for return. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use registered mail and provide us with the identification number of the return package. Once the returned order arrives in our warehouse, it is processed and checked before proceeding with the approval or disapproval of the return / replacement procedure.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    The prices visible on our website are in Euros. The Revenge is not responsible for any discrepancies in currency values or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may apply at the time of purchase from our website. For any questions related to this aspect, please contact the respectively bank or credit card company.

  • Are my payment information secure?

    Transaction and payment information is handled directly by Stripe and Paypal, our payment service provider, by secure authentication and strict banking procedures. Credit card details are sent directly to the bank and can not be accessed or read by anyone other than the user's bank.

  • Do you store my payment information?

Authenticity

  • How can I know if my The Revenge is authentic?

    The only way to be sure of buying a watch or another authentic The Revenge product is to buy it directly from our website. If you purchase from an unauthorized reseller, such as Amazon, eBay, and / or Groupon, etc., you may receive a counterfeit, used or faulty watch. The Revenge will not honour warranty claims for watches purchased from an unauthorized reseller.

Watch

  • Is my watch waterproof?

    The impermeability of a The Revenge watch is 3ATM. We recommend avoiding any contact with water. Avoid wearing the watch during a shower, bath, swimming, diving, or any activity that can expose it directly to the water. Please note that water damage is not covered by the 12 month warranty.

  • Of what material is the watch made?

    Our silver-coloured watches are made of stainless steel (316L). Our rosy gold watches have a stainless steel (316L) core and two plating. The basic plating consists of 0.8 micrometers of TiCN (a base metal of yellow colour) and the upper coating consists of 0.1 micrometers of rosy gold. The glass of the watch is in tempered mineral glass. It is resistant to normal wear, but must be used with care. Please note that a damaged glass is not covered by a 12 month warranty.

  • What kind of movement is used?

    All The Revenge watches use a Japanese quartz movement.

Strap

  • Can I wash my strap?

    Always remove the dial from the strap. Use lukewarm water and soap and gently rub the strap. Leave it to dry on a towel.

  • How can I change my strap?

  • What material is the strap made of?

    The straps are made of prestigious fabrics Made in Italy, linen and cotton.

  • What material are they made of?

    Bracelets and anklets are made of prestigious fabrics Made in Italy, linen and cotton. The jewel that embellishes the bracelet is in 925 silver.

Warranty and repair

Warranty

  • What is not covered by the guarantee?

  • For how long is the warranty valid, for which products and what does it covers?

    The guarantee is valid only for watches. Our watches are made according to high quality standards. Nevertheless, our limited warranty covers any manufacturing defect of the watch, including movement, indexes, dial and pointers. The warranty for a THE REVENGE watch is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Upon expiry of the warranty period, any repairs will result in the cost of the service being charged. Other components different from those indicated are not covered by this warranty. If the product is returned during the warranty period, THE REVENGE will repair or replace any defective watch or part of it, at no additional charge, within a reasonable amount of time, after returning the product.

  • How can I have my The Revenge watch repaired?

    If the watch was purchased directly from our site, and you believe there is a problem with the warranty, we invite you to contact us for assistance directly, to the best of our ability.

    Please note that the warranty does not cover:

  • My watch has stopped - what should I do?

    Set the time at 12.00 o'clock and verify that the crown has been pressed completely against the watch case. Wait 15 minutes to see if the minute hand has moved. If this procedure does not solve the problem, we invite you to contact us and we will be happy to help you.

  • The shirt and/or the dress I received is not the size I expected. How can I ask for the return?

    For customized products, no return policy according to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code will be applied. We apologize for the inconvenience but we guarantee that the tailoring team THE REVENGE always takes the utmost care and attention. The shirts and dresses are always made according to the measurements entered by the customer in the configurator.

  • How can I use my promotional code?

    On the checkout page, to apply the promotional code, enter the code in the appropriate field. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the code. Please note that only one promo code per order is valid. A promotional code cannot be combined with another promotional code.

  • What are the conditions for the campaigns?

    The campaigns offered on our official website: • are valid only for orders placed directly on our official website. • They are valid only for a limited period of time; the campaign / promotion cannot be applied to orders placed before or after the campaign period.
